Final enforcement guidance on retaliation issued Email

Video play buttonOn August 25, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued its final Enforcement Guidance on Retaliation and Related Issues, which was meant to replace its 1998 Compliance Manual section on retaliation. 

In addition to the final enforcement guidance, the Commission also issued two short user-friendly resource documents: a small business fact sheet in non-legal language and a Q&A regarding the guidance. You can read more at EEOC's website.
