Jean’s journey began overseas, moving to Africa then Asia at an early age as her family followed her father’s passions. These formative years instilled in her a deep appreciation for life's simple yet profound gifts, cultivating a lifelong sense of gratitude.

Guided by her own passion for well-being, Jean earned a Master’s degree in Wellness and Mind/Body Health. Her education and diverse life experiences have shaped her holistic approach to understanding balance and harmony across mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions. This integrative perspective fuels her mission to promote a positive state of well-being—encompassing happiness and resilience—which serves as the foundation of her work as a speaker and author.

Jean has served on the faculty of four colleges and authored two books: I’d Like to Run Wild! A Wellness Action Guide and Need Change? Customer Service Tips to Grow from Good to Great!. She collaborates with a wide range of industries—including healthcare, agriculture, government, and maternal/child health—building a loyal and diverse client base.

Despite her professional commitments, Jean remains deeply connected to her roots, returning to Africa and Asia every two years. Her visits not only rekindle cherished memories but also reinforce her commitment to giving back, as she dedicates significant time and profits to local and global charities.
