New for fall 2021, ALCC will offer a 2-day training course, Landscape Technician Boot Camp. The boot camp will provide training on key hands-on skills required by the landscape industry. The boot camp will prepare attendees for the Landscape Industry Certified Technician (LICT) – Exterior Certification, offered by NALP.

Boot camp attendees will choose one of five modules: Softscape Installation, Hardscape Installation, Irrigation, Turf Maintenance or Ornamental Maintenance; and will rotate through 5-7 lessons within that module over the course of the 2 day training. Each lesson will run for approximately 2 hours, and will include classroom instruction and hands-on practice of the skill. Lessons will be taught by qualified instructors. At the completion of the boot camp, attendees will receive a certificate of completion.

Registration fee: $420 (include Landscape Training Manual, lunch on both days and certificate of completion). Open to ALCC members only. Register by Sept. 29. Limited space is available.
