In partnership with the Seasonal Employment Alliance (SEA), we ask for your help in reaching out to Senator Bennet in support of H-2B reform.

DHS’s recent release of 22,000 H-2B visas underscores the need for Congress to fix this program permanently. 100% of our frustration and determination should be channeled into advocating for a permanent fix. Counting on either the Trump or Biden administration to bail us and Congress out each year has been an abject disaster.

With this in mind, Senator Graham is set to introduce an H-2B to H-2A definitional change bill that would transfer landscaping into the H-2A program but would first like to secure a Democratic co-sponsor. Senator Bennet is a strong possibility, but if we are going to get him to agree to co-sponsor the bill, we need every Colorado H-2B employer to contact his office. Once the bill is introduced, we can drive additional support and push for it to be included in the DACA bill the Senate is currently negotiating.
