Colorado CapitolOn March 4, the Colorado state legislature passed Senate Bill 20-081, concerning including school information in the Colorado state apprenticeship resource directory.

The law will help employers better connect with public high schools regarding apprenticeship programs. It will require the state apprenticeship resource directory to include contact information for apprenticeship program contacts at every public high school and school district.

This increased access to school leaders can be helpful to landscape companies with interest in partnerships with area schools to help train young people for careers in the landscape industry.
