After that time, your registration fee will be non-refundable.  Due to the sold-out nature, we require payment of any open invoices related to golf to be settled by 5 PM on August 5, 2020. If we do not receive payment by then, your registration may be canceled.

Participation agreement form: In order to participate in the tournament, each member of your group must complete a participation agreement form to ensure all attendees understand and agree to abide by the new standards related to COVID-19. You may complete the online participation agreement form prior to arrival. Alternatively, you may print the PDF version and bring it with you. A consent form will be provided at check-in if you have not completed this form in advance. If you choose to complete the form at check-in, please arrive early to complete the form prior to your tee-time. Please forward this email to all group members you registered. They will not need an ALCC login to complete the online form.

Notable guidelines as outlined in the participation agreement form:

  • Purchase Mulligans in advance using the online form. ALCC will not be accepting cash or check payments at the tournament this year. Click here to order Mulligans using the online form. 
  • Bring and wear a face mask/cover over your mouth and nose inside buildings, while in the proximity of others, and in your golf cart if you choose to share with another person. 
  • Bring water. Water coolers, bunker rakes, and ball washers have been removed from the golf course
  • Your temperature will be taken at check-in. If your temperature is 100.4 F or higher, you will not be able to participate in the tournament.

The ALCC Golf Tournament, benefiting the Landscape Career Pathways program, is presented this year by DBC Irrigation Supply. This annual event is a great opportunity to get outdoors, network safely, and enjoy a day of golf in the Colorado sun. The tournament helps fund ALCC's programs that educate young people about careers in the landscape industry and help train the next generation. 

Program changes due to coronavirus
Due to the COVID-19 concern, and per the golf course's recommendation, please note the following changes for 2020:

  • Staggered tee times instead of the shotgun start. On the registration form, please provide us with your first and second choice tee time window. The starting tee time is 7:00 AM. Foursomes will tee off every 10 minutes, and the last tee time is expected to be around noon. We will assign tee times based on your preference and order we receive your registration. We will make every effort to accommodate your tee time preference. 
  • No post-round awards ceremony. Winning teams and raffle prize winners will be announced virtually after the tournament. Meals are still included with your registration. We will have an outdoor hospitality area where meals will be served and smaller groups can gather (with social distancing).
  • Please review the COVID-19 regulations set by the Fossil Trace Golf Club before registering.
