Designs by Sundown and Designscapes Colorado received the two honors bestowed in the category of landscape architecture at the 2018 Newman Awards. The Robert & Judi Newman Awards for excellence in classical and traditional design honor the design achievements of those in a region that includes Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico and Wyoming. 

Designs by Sundown, Littleton, was the winner for their Historic Denver project. Landscape Architects Adam Hallauer and Keven Winkelman were acknowledged for their work. 

The Certificate of Merit was awarded to Designscapes Colorado, Centennial, for Evergreen Residence: A River Runs Through It.
