Coltivar Leadership AcademyALCC will bring back its successful Leadership Academy seminar series in 2019. The series debuted earlier this year and was well attended.

The 2019 program, Growth-Driven Leadership: A Transformative Program for Landscape Contractors, Suppliers and Partners, will be held Feb. 20-22, at CPS distributors in Westminster. Steve Coughran of the Coltivar Group will facilitate the session. Registration is open now through Jan. 15. Registration fees vary, based on the number of attendees per company.

The program focuses on these four critical elements of success:

  • Analytical Leadership
  • Strategic Execution
  • Value-Based Management
  • Exceptional Experiences

This program will result in both professional and personal growth for attendees. “Research shows that the best environment for learning and growth is in a team setting. Although not always possible, we encourage organizations to send intact teams of two or more people to the program,” said Coughran.

“Steve brings a unique combination of landscape industry experience and business and financial knowledge, which results in real-world takeaways for attendees. We are excited to bring him back for a second year in a row to provide valuable leadership-focused education in a fun setting,” said Melissa Emdin, Programs and Education Director.
