ALCC is hosting a landscape skills competition event for high school students. The event will be held on Wednesday, May 1 at Colorado State University's ARDEC South facility. Students will be evaluated on their knowledge in the following skill stations:

• Lateral irrigation repair
• Basic program controller
• Tree planting
• Plant layout
• General knowledge exam
• Landscape estimating
• Plant ID
• Pest/equipment/supply ID
