USCIS has already hit the H-2B cap for the second half of FY 2026 (as of March 10) — a clear signal that demand for seasonal workers continues to far exceed supply. This ongoing workforce shortage is exactly why your participation in the Fly-In is so important. We need Congress to hear directly from Colorado businesses about the real impacts and the urgent need for reform.
