board roomAssociated Landscape Contractors of Colorado welcomes new leadership for 2018, as well as two new directors-at-large.

President – Mike Ransom of Lifescape Colorado in Denver has moved from vice president in 2017 to the role of president for 2018.

Vice President – Matt Hiner of Hiner Landscapes in Colorado Springs steps into leadership after joining the board in 2017.

Secretary/Treasurer – Steve Steele of Keesen Landscape Management in Englewood continues his term as secretary/treasurer.

Past President – Will Pereira, CIC, CLIA of Brightview Landscape Development in Parker remains on the leadership team for another year.

At-large directors for 2018 are:

  • Brian Carlson – Green Landscape Solutions LLC, Boulder
  • Kurt DeLucero – Arrowhead Landscape Maintenance, Golden
  • Zak George – Zak George Landscaping, Fort Collins
  • Cindy McCord – Bloom Floralscapes, Denver
  • Mike Moore – Diggable Designs Landscape Construction, Denver
  • Kent Sondgerath, PLA, CIC, CLIA – City of Denver Parks Department
  • Phil Steinhauer - Designscapes Colorado, Denver

Two directors, George and Moore, are new to the board this year. Zak George is a longtime ALCC member who has been involved with Northern Chapter leadership and with certification committee. Mike Moore received the Outlook Award for Emerging Leaders in 2015 and has volunteered with multiple projects, including leadership of the Denver Chapter’s Day of Service efforts and serving as an instructor at foremanship training.
