This morning, the US Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration submitted a notice to the federal register.

The notice, "Labor Certification Process for the Temporary Employment of Aliens in Non-Agricultural Employment in the United States," was announced last week by DOL and seeks to make the processing of H-2B visa applications fair. It takes into account the sequential order of the application submissions.
