CDOT logoLandscape contractors are invited to participate in a meeting with CDOT and Bridge Enterprise and provide feedback on a proposed contract.
CDOT is developing a new contract for Post Construction Establishment Phase (PCEP) services, and greatly appreciates feedback on how to structure the contract.

A feedback session will be held Tuesday, January 23rd from 1-3 pm at the Colorado Contractors Association offices.

The purpose of this contract is to construct and maintain project landscape features and erosion control devices until final establishment of federally funded construction projects. There may also be broader applications using state funds. The attached agenda provides more information on the types of services expected and topics for discussion. If you are unable to attend the discussion and would still like to provide feedback, please contact Marci Gray, CDOT Construction Contracts Manager (303.757.9297; [email protected]).

The meeting would be most beneficial for owners or bid managers from Front Range landscape contractors that typically bid and perform landscape establishment/erosion control work on CDOT projects in Region 1. CDOT Region 1 covers Greater Denver Metro and Central Colorado: Adams, Arapahoe, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Gilpin and Jefferson Counties and most of Broomfield County.
