ProGreen EXPO, the green industry conference and trade show, will mix things up with some changes and new features for 2020. The entire event will span three full days, February 5-7, 2020. Here’s a quick list of changes about which longtime attendees should be aware:

• Early registration discounts end on January 7. Deadline extended to January 10! Register at www.progreenxpo.com.
• Educational sessions will begin on Wednesday morning. There will be no Tuesday sessions or activities this year.
• VIP networking will be held as a luncheon this year instead of breakfast.
• The keynote session will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 PM.
• The EXPO begins late Wednesday afternoon with a reception at 4:00 PM immediately following the keynote session.
• There will be no Landscape Industry Certified Technician testing offered. That certification program has moved to an entirely online process for 2020. Find more information at the NALP website.

• ALCC’s new Sustainable Landscape Management (SLM) training class will be offered at ProGreen for the first time this year on Wed., Feb. 5. See www.alcc.com/slm for details on this new program. Pre-registration is required at www.alcc.com/slm.
