|
| Student |
|
To qualify as an ALCC student member, you must provide proof that you will be enrolled as a full-time student (verification of current credit hours) during the calendar year of the membership. Your affiliation will be attached to your university or school. The student category does not include affiliation with a company you own or any other landscape company. Thus, student members are not listed in the directory, nor can they list a company on ALCC’s referral Web sites. Student membership is intended for full-time students pursuing a career in the landscape industry. Student membership provides the same benefits as regular membership with the following exceptions: 1) Student members do not vote for elected officers; 2) Students may serve on ALCC leadership teams and committees in an ex-officio, non-voting capacity; 3) Student members may not list a company on the Supplier Showcase or Find a Landscape Professional Web pages; 4) Student members are not listed in the Green Pages directory.
