Registration includes three free golf balls, tees, green fees, golf cart for day, complimentary photo, two free drinks, delicious buffet lunch, gifts & prizes. Pre-payment must accompany reservation. No refunds after registration deadline. Fax to 303 757-5636.

Complete the Mulligan form BEFORE the tournament to reserve your seat in the three-putt challenge BEFORE the tournament begins at 9 am. Mulligans help your score in the tournament and grant you access to all the contests throughout the day. Winner(s) of the contests will receive prizes during the lunch ceremony.

Cost: $125/player, $475/foursome

TOURNAMENT 2008 SCHEDULE
7:45 am - 9:00 am - registration & practice
8:45 am - 9:00 am - three-putt contest (mulligan's participants)
9:00 am - tee-off - (shotgun start)
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm - Buffet style BBQ lunch and awards banquet

Don't forget to get your photo taken on the putting green before the tournament. This year, group shots will be given to interested attendees before the tournament and not on a designated hole. Photos will be available after the tournament and mailed directly to attendees. Hours for photos: 8 am - 9 am
